Seeking skilled trades individuals experienced in various remodeling areas such as Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Electrical & Plumbing for residential/commercial construction.

• In-depth understanding of building codes & practices at an advanced level.
• Expertise in advanced Carpentry, Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, Painting, Flooring, Drywall.
• Proficiency in advanced Plumbing and Electrical knowledge.
• Restoration Industry experience preferred.

• Demo, repair, and/or rebuild damaged properties.
• Respond to emergencies, resolve issues.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, tracked, and available on-site for projects.
• Maintain safe worksite.
• Participation in on-call, nights, & weekends, as needed.
• Dispatch for out of area storm events, as needed.
• Assist in fire, mold, water damage remediation as needed.
• Maintain trailers & clean job-site.
• Safe vehicle operation, 40-50+ hours/week.

• Medium to light labor, bending, standing, crawl for extended periods.
• Agility to climb 40’ ladders, lift 75-100 lbs.
• Work in high and/or tight spaces.
• Work in properties damaged by fire, water, mold, or storms with potential mold exposure.

• 5+ years residential & commercial remodeling experience.
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (certifications in mitigation or related fields are a plus).
• Valid driver s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team.
• MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO BACKGROUND CHECK

Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
