Seastate Land Services Company is seeking skilled Frame Carpenters to support high-volume residential construction projects throughout the Tampa and Sarasota, Florida markets. This role focuses on rough framing for production homebuilding, including walls, floors, and roof structures. The ideal candidate is an experienced framer who can step onto a jobsite and contribute immediately with little to no training while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities- Perform residential rough framing, including walls, floors, trusses, and roof systems
- Read and interpret framing plans, layouts, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and install lumber and engineered framing materials
- Ensure structures are built square, level, and plumb
- Work efficiently in production homebuilding environments
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Coordinate with crew members, supervisors, and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Follow company safety standards and jobsite procedures
Meet production schedules while maintaining quality workmanship
- 2+ years of experience in residential rough framing
- Prior experience in production homebuilding required
- Familiarity with Tampa/Sarasota residential construction preferred
- Ability to work 50–60 hours per week, including weekends as needed
- Ability to start work with little to no training
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation to on-site job locations
- No formal education, licenses, or certifications required
- $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
