Looking for Mechanically Inclined Individuals (skill level may vary)
Mechanical & Equipment Maintenance
Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on:
Company trucks, trailers, and light-duty vehicles
Heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, attachments)
Small engines and auxiliary equipment
Perform mechanical repairs similar to automotive and diesel work.
Troubleshoot and repair 12V electrical systems.
Conduct welding and fabrication for equipment repair, reinforcement, and custom fixes.
Perform tire repairs, mounting, patching, and replacements with Tire Machine Balancer or manually with tire spoons
Grease, service, wash, and inspect equipment regularly
Shop & Yard Management
Track maintenance records and service intervals.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and functional.
Manage tools, parts, and shop inventory.
Load dump trucks and trailers as needed.
Maintain general yard organization and cleanliness.
General & Support Tasks
Pick up parts, supplies, and materials locally.
Assist with moving disabled equipment to and from the shop.
Perform occasional mobile repairs in the field when necessary.
Help with equipment staging.
