MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Possession of a valid Driver License.

JOB DUTIES- General plant care which includes, but is not limited to, watering, pruning, sprouting, transplanting, irrigation, fertilizing, mixing and spraying pesticides, weed removal, leaf and debris pick-up, and pot washing.
- Keeping greenhouse clear of weeds by periodic herbicide application.
- Basic irrigation maintenance and repair.
- Communicates and interacts with the public and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Knowledge of basic plant cultivation.
- Skill in working with hand and gardening tools.
- Ability to work in a greenhouse environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and bend repetitiously.
- Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and humid environments.
- Ability to walk on uneven ground and in inclement weather.
