We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with residential and/or commercial remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will support skilled tradespeople with demolition, site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and basic construction tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Assist with demolition and removal of existing structures and materials
• Prepare job sites by setting up tools, equipment, and protective coverings
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Assist carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
• Perform basic construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Dispose of debris and ensure proper material handling
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, or carpentry
