General Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join our Engineering Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a luxury, wellness-focused resort environment where attention to detail and guest comfort are top priorities.

The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across the property, including HVAC systems. This role ensures all building systems operate efficiently to provide a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain building automation systems (BAS)
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency maintenance calls
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment condition
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on preventative maintenance programs

• Minimum 2–3 years of general maintenance experience, including HVAC experience (hospitality or resort setting preferred)
• EPA Certification preferred or required for HVAC-related work
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in various environments
