We provide professional pool maintenance, repair, renovation, and equipment services for residential and commercial customers throughout the South Shore area.

We are growing and looking for a dependable, versatile, and solution‑oriented Flex Technician to join our South Shore team.
About the PositionThe Flex Technician is a key support role within our field operations team. This position is responsible for helping where the business needs support most, including covering pool maintenance routes, assisting with equipment repairs, supporting renovation projects, helping with filter cleans and specialty cleanups, and responding to customer or route needs as assigned.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly, likes working outdoors, and wants to grow into a well‑rounded pool professional. The Flex Technician may not have the same route every day and must be comfortable supporting different technicians, customers, and work types as needed.
The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, organized, and willing to learn both the maintenance and repair sides of the pool industry.
Responsibilities- Covering weekly pool maintenance routes when technicians are out or additional route support is needed.
- Cleaning swimming pools according to ASP standards.
- Testing and balancing pool water chemistry.
- Safely handling and applying pool chemicals.
- Brushing, skimming, vacuuming, cleaning baskets, and cleaning filters as assigned.
- Supporting service technicians with equipment repairs and installations.
- Assisting with pumps, filters, valves, timers, automation systems, salt systems, heaters, cleaners, lights, and PVC plumbing.
- Helping with filter cleanings, green‑to‑clean services, drain/clean services, acid washes, and specialty cleanup projects.
- Supporting renovation and construction‑related work when needed.
- Using our mobile app to document service visits, chemical readings, photos, notes, and customer concerns.
- Identifying and reporting equipment issues, leaks, poor circulation, algae, damaged parts, or other service concerns.
- Maintaining proper chemical, tool, and equipment inventory on the company vehicle.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members.
- Following all company safety procedures, service protocols, and reporting requirements.
