Maintenance Technician III: Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge

Position Overview

As a Maintenance Technician III at Travel + Leisure Co., you will maintain and repair facility systems to ensure each unit and building operates flawlessly, turning vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC systems for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs) using soldering, brazing, silver, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballast, switches, sockets and troubleshoot electrical hazards.
• Perform preventative maintenance of units, common areas, and grounds.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for all systems such as HVAC and boilers.

• Certified HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.
