Solar Laborer - Jacksonville, FL

Field Project Address: 13695 OLD PLANK ROAD Jacksonville, Florida 32220.

No experience is necessary. We are seeking hardworking individuals with a positive attitude to learn a trade in solar construction.

• Learn all aspects of being safe and successful on solar projects.
• Operate hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, rakes).
• Perform general labor duties in the field on solar project sites.
• May perform duties as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Work extended hours, including single shifts up to 12 hours; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather.
• Walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to safety standards.
• Have reliable transportation to project sites.
• Be available for weekends and holidays as needed.
• Convey a positive and professional attitude in line with company core values.
• Pass pre-employment drug testing.

Pay starts at $20 per hour with growth opportunities for a long-term career.
