• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.
• Plumbing: repairs, replacement of parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs and painting.
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc.
• Machinery: repair and maintenance of chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1‑2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi‑Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 3‑4 years of experience can offset the minimum educational requirement.
• Preferred certifications: HVAC (depending on property), Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and personal accountability.
• May be required to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Computer and smartphone literacy required.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual skills are a plus.

$18.53 – $25.94 hourly.
