Location: Hudson
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, has openings for New Construction Plumbers/Residential Plumbers. Experienced Plumbers or Helpers, Phase Specialists, Sewer Crew, Rough-In Specialists, and Three-Phase Plumbers are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:- Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background screening.
- Work is performed primarily on residential new construction job sites.
- Employees may work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain.
- Exposure to construction-related noise, dust, and equipment is common.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required as needed.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination required to operate tools and equipment safely.
- $20–$60 a fixture on straight time (depending on phase)
- $30–$90 a fixture on overtime (depending on phase)
