Wiginton Fire Systems is currently seeking exceptional individuals for the role of Fire Alarm Technicians at our Miami (Medley) Office.
Position Summary:
* Program and commission newly installed fire alarm systems.
* Layout, assemble, and install low voltage equipment for fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
* Conduct thorough testing of all features and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
* Perform inspections and diagnose any system issues.
* Read, comprehend, and follow product manuals, while also educating customers on system care and maintenance.
* Prepare and submit detailed customer status and completion reports.
* Provide guidance and supervision to helpers and/or installers. Experience, Education,
Skills Required:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Physical stamina and capability to perform labor-intensive work.
* Strong communication, training, and organizational skills, coupled with a sense of pride and integrity.
* Must enjoy working both independently and outdoors.
* Possess a valid driver's license with a clean background and driving history.
* Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing and inspecting fire alarm systems and panels.
* Preferred certifications include NICET Certifications in fire alarm systems, as well as FASA / BASA. Benefits: *

Schedule:
