Custom Air and Plumbing is hiring an experienced Residential Plumber to support residential and light commercial customers in the Sarasota, Florida area. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused plumber who takes pride in diagnosing problems, making quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and related components
- Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and system performance checks
- Clearly explain issues and repair options to homeowners and business customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Represent Custom with professionalism and integrity
- 2+ years of plumbing service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Applicable plumbing license or certifications (as required by state/local regulations)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
