Experienced Commercial Foreman Level Painters and Paperhangers. We are seeking experienced Commercial Foreman Level Painters & Paperhangers to join our growing team! - Commercial painting of existing buildings
- Ability to manage painting quality on every project
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Maintain tools and equipment used
- Exhibit exceptional customer service
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor and work within a team
- 3 years painting experience within a Leadership Role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial painting field preferred
- Construction management: 2 years (Required)
- Driver s License (Required)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Able to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or Holidays as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
