$21 - $23 hourly

• Operate loader equipment efficiently to support construction projects, ensuring safety and precision in every task.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless workflow on-site.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a secure environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress and address any operational challenges.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials, contributing to the timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance, supporting transparency and accountability in operations.

• Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 30+ pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
• Knowledge of the proper operation of heavy equipment, as well as safety standards.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• This position is out in the elements; the candidate must be willing to work outside.

• Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and engage in other business interactions.
• Hearing:
  Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.
• Speaking:
  Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
• Equipment Operation:
  Able to operate a wide range of tools.
• Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 20 lbs/9 kg.
• Lifting: able to lift up to 30 lbs/14 kg.
• Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel.
• Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Walking:
  Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements.
• Sitting: able to sit for long periods while operating the machine.
