What You'll Do
- Install HVAC systems in newly constructed residential homes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Install ductwork, vents, air handlers, condensers, and related HVAC components.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local building codes.
- Work collaboratively with builders, supervisors, and fellow technicians.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
- Complete required documentation and job-related reports.
- HVAC installation experience preferred (new construction experience a plus).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and construction environments.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
