As an Residential
HVAC Technician
, you’ll be the go-to expert diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home comfort systems. Every day is different, every home is a new challenge, and every customer is counting on you to bring the comfort back.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems like a pro to uncover issues
- Build clear, honest quotes for repairs and services
- Repair and restore heating and cooling systems to peak performance
- Educate homeowners on their systems and recommend smart solutions
- Deliver top-notch customer service with clear, friendly communication
- Follow directions from leadership with accuracy and efficiency
- Work safely—protect yourself, your team, and our customers at all times
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect
- Treat every customer’s home like it’s your own
- Keep tools, trucks, and equipment clean, organized, and accounted for
- Complete paperwork neatly and on time (yes, it matters!)
- Deliver a 5-star experience that customers remember
This isn’t a desk job—and that’s the point.
- Work in all weather: blazing heat, freezing cold, and everything in between
- Climb ladders, crawl through tight spaces, and navigate attics and crawlspaces
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Stay active with bending, kneeling, reaching, and problem-solving on the move
- Work around equipment and mechanical systems safely and confidently
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a “figure-it-out” mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A positive attitude and professional presence with customers
- Someone who’s dependable, efficient, and eager to grow
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends (because HVAC doesn’t take days off)
- EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help!)
