Industrial Commercial Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial/Commercial Electrician Foreman to lead our field teams on a variety of electrical construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise field crews to complete electrical installation and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and plans to guide crew activities
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, codes, and company policies
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
• Conduct quality inspections, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving on site
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices
• Maintain detailed daily work reports and documentation
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Experienced in bending and thread rigid aluminum conduit
• Industrial plant work experience
• Located in the Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough area willing to work in Pinellas Park
