HVAC Helper

This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking an entry-level HVAC Helper to assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in the HVAC trade.

• Assist HVAC technicians with various tasks including carrying tools and materials, cleaning work areas, and preparing equipment.
• Learn and apply basic HVAC principles and safety procedures.
• Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigeration lines, and other system components.
• Support technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

• No prior HVAC experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
