• Inspect the property, identify repair opportunities, and communicate them to the customer.
• Perform tasks across multiple trades to complete assignments in a timely, professional manner.
• Elicit customer confidence and inquire about additional work.
• Provide prompt, professional problem resolution and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain organized tools and a clean, presentable appearance.
• Maintain the highest integrity and strive for top customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of drywall, carpentry, tile, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with tools needed for various tasks; not required to own all tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and quick‑thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers and commercial customers.
• Presentable, clean‑cut appearance and a decent looking vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour.
