Field Service Technicians provide first‑line service and support to our retail clients, delivering solutions that build long‑term relationships. You will communicate and resolve customer issues, perform installation, maintenance, and repair on electromechanical equipment, and keep systems operational.

• Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.83 (depending on location and experience)
• Overtime available at time and a half
• 7 paid holidays & 6 paid floating holidays

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

• Local candidate within the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with relevant hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel and driving several hours per day.
• Rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Flexible shift work (morning, afternoon, and evening start times).
• Capable of carrying and lifting tools and equipment up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, or imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
• One or more years of related experience.
