Field Technician – Dish​/Starlink – Dunnellon, FL

Field Technician (Starlink). Salary 1800–2500/hour. No experience required.

Sign‑on bonus: $250.

• Starting pay: 1800/hour
• After 3 months: 1900/hour
• After 6 months: 2000/hour (guaranteed for the first year)
• Techs currently earn on average 222–450/hour based on performance; top performers earn up to 35/hour
• Paid training, weekly performance‑based incentives, and 15 sales commissions

• Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
• Educate customers on smart‑home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution‑based recommendations

• Physical:
  Ability to lift up to 80lbs and carry extension ladders; stand for long periods; work in confined spaces; meet a 330‑lb weight limit
• Professional:
  Strong customer service and communication skills; valid driver’s license and clear driving record; pass background check and drug screen; flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
