HVAC Technician - up to $32/hr. base pay

Our technicians go into clients’ homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

• With our tools, resources and training, technicians can make over $48 per hour
• We offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service; the best technicians make over $100,000 per year
• Top candidates may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus of $10,000

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills
• Hard‑working and motivated
