Job Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
- Perform all planned maintenance assigned on customer lift trucks.
- Maintain a service van and its inventory.
- Process paperwork after each job.
- Less than 2 years of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, internal combustion engines, and ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Good written and verbal communication and customer‑care skills.
- Technical degree, prior lift‑truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various testing equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various testing equipment.
- Industry‑related training preferred.
- Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow through.
