What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on marine outboards and inboards
Rig new and pre-owned boats for delivery
Install OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories
Perform inspections and recommend needed service work
Conduct water testing when required
Deliver high-quality work with minimal comebacks
Identify additional service opportunities through strong diagnostics

What We're Looking For

5+ years of marine technician experience (dealership preferred)
Experience with outboard engines (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Mer Cruiser)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Electrical and rigging experience
Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent
Willing to work Saturdays (closed Sundays + one weekday off)
Team-first attitude and strong work ethic
