Location: Lake Charm
Briskets Bbq & Country Kitchen in Chuluota, FL is a fast paced busy BBQ restaurant and is looking for one pitmaster trainee to join our strong team. We are located on 640 S CR 419 Chuluota FL 32766. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working and desires to learn or increase their knowledge in smoking meats.

- Work and train under the Pitmaster
- Learn how to prep and trim meats to smoke
- Learn how to smoke meats
- Learn firebox management
- Be able to lift heavy boxes of meat
- Some culinary experience
- Would be great to have some meat cutting and or BBQ experience
- Ability to lift heavy boxes of meats
- A food handlers license or higher preferred
