Location: Tallahassee, FL

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15 - $19 per hour (Based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Skilled Helpers or Apprentice Technicians. This entry-level position offers the chance to gain experience in security alarm, CCTV, fire alarm cabling, and device installation while working under experienced installers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with running conduit, pulling wire, and mounting devices and panels.
  • Read blueprints and organize supplies.
  • Perform accurate and complete system testing.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Learn and adhere to industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Support installation and service teams as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in small spaces (attics, crawlspaces).
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Professional conduct and ability to represent the company positively.
  • Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and respect.
