Position Skilled Helper / Apprentice Technician

Salary: $15 - $19 per hour (Based on experience)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Skilled Helpers or Apprentice Technicians. This entry-level position offers the chance to gain experience in security alarm, CCTV, fire alarm cabling, and device installation while working under experienced installers.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with running conduit, pulling wire, and mounting devices and panels.
- Read blueprints and organize supplies.
- Perform accurate and complete system testing.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Learn and adhere to industry best practices and safety standards.
- Support installation and service teams as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in small spaces (attics, crawlspaces).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional conduct and ability to represent the company positively.
- Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and respect.
