Lead Dryer Vent Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dryer Vent Technician to join our team. In this role you will install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients. The position requires mechanical aptitude, knowledge of HVAC systems, and strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

• Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify problems or issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Recommend repairs or replacements based on system condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all services and report issues to management.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
• Continuously improve knowledge through training and staying current with industry standards.
• Reroute dryer vent systems and ensure they meet code.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using tools and equipment.
• Proven experience as a Dryer Vent Technician or similar role.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot dryer vent systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable with working in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics.
• Proficiency in basic tablet-based technology.
