McHenry Electric, Inc is an Electrical contracting company that is growing quickly, and we're hiring! We currently have multiple positions open in a variety of skill levels to join our team. We are currently in search of multiple residential electrical lead technicians with at least 4 years of experience in wiring residential homes. We do require a clean and valid driver's license as you will be driving our company vehicles to the job sites.

• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across residential and light commercial job sites.
• Rough-in and trim-out electrical work, panel installations and upgrades, circuit wiring, device installation (switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures), and system modifications as required per project specifications.
• Diagnose electrical faults, performing load assessments, and ensuring safe and code-compliant repairs and installations in accordance with NEC and applicable local regulations.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and job scopes; coordinate material needs; and execute fieldwork efficiently in alignment with project schedules.
• Work collaboratively with foremen, project managers, and other trades to ensure accurate execution and continuity of workflow across active sites.

All work must be performed in compliance with established safety protocols, jobsite procedures, and quality standards, with attention to detail, system reliability, and long-term performance outcomes.

• Proficiency in Residential Electrical Work
• Experience in Repair and Troubleshooting electrical systems
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with industry standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses for electrical work is a plus
• REQUIRED: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and maintain reliable transportation to our office in Miramar Beach, FL
