• Must have knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment and hardware used in lifting and transport operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and overtime as needed
• Must pass fit for duty assessment, drug tests and background check
• Previous experience working with cranes or similar environment
• Proficient in operating forklifts, book trucks and hoists
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Possess or be prepared to obtain level 1 and level 2 rigging certificates
• Be able to pass a DOT Physical
• CDL would be an advantage

• Be responsible for safely and efficiently setting up and dismantling equipment, and ensuring the proper and exact placement
• Inspect the rigging equipment and hardware
• Collaborate with a team to plan and execute the rigging operation
• Be able to perform the rigging activities for lifting and transporting the desired heavy equipment and machinery using the equipment needed (hoists, cranes, forklifts, etc.)
• Ensure proper placement of the load
• Ensure there is no damage during transporting or loading
• Adhere to all safety requirements and regulations and industry standards
