Ready Mix Concrete Delivery Professional

Location: Palm City

Flo-Crete LLC is a family owned and operated ready-mixed concrete manufacturer on the Treasure Coast. We are continuing to grow our successful team of Concrete Delivery Professionals. The ideal candidate MUST have prior ready mix delivery experience preferably with front-discharge ready mix trucks.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to transport concrete to construction sites.

Ensure timely delivery of concrete, adhering to schedules and deadlines.

Follow designated routes and navigate through traffic safely.

Maintain the quality of concrete during transportation, including proper mixing and temperature control.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, construction site personnel, and other team members.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in operating concrete mixer trucks preferred.

Knowledge of concrete mixing and handling techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
