Role OverviewWe are seeking a Universal Pest Control Technician who is a problem‑solving professional in pest control, termite, and lawn care. The position requires working indoors, outdoors, on roofs, and in attics. It is fully active, physical, and demanding. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and thrives independently while supporting the branch as a whole.

- Visually inspect for pests, harborage, and entries (rats, termites, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, bed bugs, etc.)
- Set traps, place baits, and remove dead rodents or live animals after trapping
- Educate clients on proper sanitation and storage practices
- Recommend additional services based on findings
- Document findings, treatments, and client communications in Pest Pac
- Collaborate with supervisors on sanitation and pest elimination
- Work with sales to resolve client service and pricing issues
- Assist quality control when needed for training or issue resolution
- Perform route work, call‑backs, and new account starts
- Complete scheduled work and adapt to last‑minute schedule changes
- Respond quickly to client complaints
- Work flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings
- Ensure safety procedures for application and reentry are followed
- Maintain an organized, professional service vehicle and adhere to regulations
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in the vehicle
- Attend monthly training meetings with the branch
- Use OSHA–mandated personal protective and respiratory equipment
- Assist co‑workers as needed

Qualifications & Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license required;
Commercial Driver’s License may be required - Clean driving record; able to pass background and drug test
- Previous experience in pest control and/or lawn care technology helpful, not required
- Follow oral and written instructions
- Apply pesticides in accordance with regulations and label instructions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse populations
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; crawl through attics; use a ladder to access roofs; inspect crawl spaces
- Skilled in use of tools and equipment (including iPad, termite rods, etc.)
- Maintain physical stamina and tolerance for varied environmental conditions, seasonal weather, damp and dusty locations
- Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training
- Possible state certification/licensing after on‑the‑job training
- Completion of additional training as identified by Supervisor or Human Resources
