First Service Residential is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member in Surfside, FL to keep mechanical systems and common areas clean, safe and well‑maintained. You will inspect floors, report issues, and perform routine repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and painting as scheduled.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in building trades, strong communication and customer service, and bilingual English/Spanish.
