Oversees bar operations, creates drink menus, ensures quality services, assists in maintaining inventory. Trains new hires, handles customer concerns, and contributes to a positive atmosphere.

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and occasionally reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must have excellent balance, be able to climb a ladder, walk around a roof, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The employee must be able to work at heights and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
The employee must communicate verbally with others on the phone or in person.
