At Pro Work, we create beautiful kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations throughout Central Florida. We're looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works independently, and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.

If you're someone who can step onto a jobsite, understand the plan, and deliver premium-quality work with minimal supervision, we'd love to meet you.

• Perform framing, drywall preparation, trim and finish carpentry, door and window installation, and cabinet installation on residential remodeling projects.
• Work independently while managing daily priorities to stay on schedule.
• Read blueprints, elevations, and scopes of work to execute projects accurately.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and trade partners throughout each project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite especially in occupied homes.
• Document daily progress, upload photos, and communicate project updates using Job Tread.
• Identify potential issues early and help keep projects moving efficiently.

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience.
• Strong experience with kitchens, bathrooms, additions, or whole-home remodels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High-quality cabinet installation and finish trim skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and perform accurate layouts.
• Own hand and power tools and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, photos, and daily updates.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• $25-$34 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
• W-2 employee, paid weekly.
• Overtime opportunities as needed.
• Paid holidays and paid time off.
• Consistent year-round work.
• Tool and training support.

• Projects throughout Seminole County and the greater Orlando area.
• Office located in Sanford, FL.
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays based on project needs.
