Job Description

Heating + Air Paramedics is a growing HVAC company in West Pasco — and we’re looking for the right technician to grow with us.
We need someone with real experience. Someone who can walk into a job, diagnose the problem, and get it handled. If you’ve been in the field for 3+ years and you’re tired of working for a company that doesn’t value what you bring to the table — this is your shot.
The ideal candidate is confident in front of customers — someone who can explain the work clearly, build trust, and isn’t afraid to present options or recommendations when the opportunity is there.
You must have:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience

• EPA 608 Certification

• Valid Florida Driver’s License

• Your own tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish):
Plus, not required
Pay: $25–$30/hr PLUS COMMISSION (depending on experience)
