Southland Construction is seeking skilled Track Hoe Operators to join our field team. You will operate hydraulic excavators to excavate, move soil, and grade work safely and efficiently, following blueprints or directions from supervisors.
Responsibilities include routine machine maintenance, safety inspections, logging equipment use, and supporting project goals. Applicants should be able to work outdoors in varied weather and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
