Concrete Repair Specialist

, we are seeking to hire an experienced Concrete Repair Specialist for a temporary position
. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across various areas of the construction industry, with a strong focus on concrete repair and restoration.
Candidate must be willing to undergo a pre‑employment screening

• Perform hands‑on concrete restoration and repairs on stairwells.
• Chip, remove, and prepare damaged concrete using hand and power tools.
• Clean and treat exposed reinforcing steel (rebar).
• Complete patch repairs, forming, and pouring of concrete.
• Perform caulking, sealants, and waterproofing applications.
• Assist with surface preparation (grinding, pressure washing, and sandblasting).
• Alert staff on‑site of any projects that temporarily affect mobility, access, or safety.
• Work on ladders, scaffolding, and swing stages.
• Follow safety procedure and maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and/or repair a plus.
• Have a working knowledge of power tools.
• Must have general knowledge and skill in concrete.

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Willing to undergo pre‑employment screening such as: background check record and drug/alcohol test.
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to travel when necessary.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day.

Pay Range: (Depending on level of experience)
