Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to join our maintenance team. You’ll prep vacant apartments for move-in, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC support.
You’ll help keep grounds inviting and support preventative inspections, with seasonal tasks as needed. We value hands-on expertise, reliability, and clear communication with residents and team members.
