American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a dedicated Field Technician Turn to expedite tenant turnover and uphold high property quality across our single-family rental portfolio. You’ll manage moves, inspections and supervise contractor work to meet our standards.
This role requires hands-on maintenance experience, tool proficiency, and the ability to multitask at multiple properties. A valid driver’s license, OSHA awareness, and MS Office skills are essential; EPA/HVAC certifications are a plus.
