Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs on hotel units and facilities;
Complete preventative maintenance programs on HVAC and other building systems;
Repair interior walls, wall coverings, ceilings, and painting as needed;
Replace electrical components such as breakers, ballasts, switches, and sockets; troubleshoot electrical hazards;
Report deficiencies to supervisor and adhere to safety programs
