We're looking for an experienced Diagnostic Technician who enjoys solving difficult problems, not just replacing parts. If you take pride in finding the root cause, fixing it right the first time, and helping your team succeed, we'd like to talk with you.

We currently have an opening for a Master Diagnostic Technician at our Hillsborough County location.

Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and performance concerns

Perform advanced engine performance diagnostics

Diagnose electrical systems, charging systems, starting systems, ABS, SRS, and network communication issues

Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service information

Use professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently

Perform repairs correctly the first time

Assist and mentor other technicians when needed

Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience

Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with drivability and engine performance diagnostics

Ability to accurately diagnose before replacing parts

ASE Certifications preferred (Master Technician is a plus)

Valid Driver's License

Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking experienced diagnostic technicians with proven in-shop diagnostic experience.

Master Diagnostic Technicians earn $100,000 to $145,000+
