We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically minded person to join our team as a Window & Door Service Technician Apprentice

No prior window or door experience is required! We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed and give you the opportunity to grow into a skilled Service Technician.
?? What You'll Do- Assist experienced technicians with window and door service calls
- Learn how to diagnose and repair common window and door issues
- Help with adjustments, repairs, replacements, and installations
- Use hand and power tools safely and properly
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Learn the trade and gradually take on more responsibility
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working with tools
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys solving problems
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working inside homes and businesses
- Professional and respectful with customers
- Physically able to perform the duties of the position
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or other hands‑on trades is a plus — but not required.

Position: Service Technician Assistant
Experience: Entry Level — Training Provided
Employment: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $16.00/HR
Location: Miami-Dade
We're looking for someone who is ready to learn, work hard, and grow with the company.
