Ready Windows Sales & Service is seeking experienced Interior Glass and Shower Door Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience installing frameless and framed shower enclosures, mirrors, interior glass systems, and related products.

Responsibilities:

• Install framed and frameless shower doors and enclosures.
• Install mirrors, interior glass panels, and glass partitions.
• Accurately measure installation areas and confirm specifications.
• Read and follow drawings, measurements, and work orders.
• Safely handle, transport, and install glass products.
• Ensure installations are level, properly sealed, and completed according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, customers, contractors, and other team members.
• Follow all company policies and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete installations and service work within the assigned schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience installing shower doors, mirrors, or interior glass is preferred.
• Knowledge of glass installation tools, hardware, adhesives, and sealants.
• Ability to accurately use a measuring tape and basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and safely handle heavy glass materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
