West Fraser is seeking a Reliability Technician (Millwright) to join our Engineering & Maintenance team in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will maintain and improve the reliability of state-of-the-art milling and wood-processing equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform precision alignments, support reliability projects, and document work in our CMMS.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on milling and wood-processing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
- Support reliability improvement projects with the Engineering & Maintenance team
- Conduct equipment inspections, vibration checks, and alignments to extend asset life
- Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS and follow safety and environmental procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance around mill operations
