Technician II - Refrigeration​/HVAC

Job Summary:

The Technician II - Refrigeration will be responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment, commercial refrigeration systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the proper diagnosis, repair, and installation of these systems and must be able to work effectively with a team. This is a physically demanding role that will require standing, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and lifting.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills and will be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment, commercial refrigeration systems and equipment
- EPA certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment and commercial refrigeration systems and equipment in an accurate and timely manner
- Install and maintain all assigned equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare accurate and complete maintenance and repair reports
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and team members
- Operate all equipment and tools in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
