Position: HVAC Apprentice

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus spiffs/ bonuses and commission, Potential earning $75,000 + annually

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm + on-call rotation

What You'll Be Doing:

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Annual and routine maintenance
• Consulting with customers on repairs, IAQ accessories, and upgrade options
• Ability to sell full equipment replacements

What We're Looking for:

• 6 months of HVAC service experience or combination of education and experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Routine maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Customer service skills
• Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - desired
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
