Detail Crew Member

Location: Palm City

Job Summary:

Follow directions from the Area Supervisor and or Crew Leader daily of general landscape maintenance practices according to Harbour Ridge specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

Trim or prune plants, trees and palms as necessary.

Rake leaves and plant debris into containers and load into dump trailer.

Weed removal on a daily basis.

Install new plants, trees, palms and sod as necessary.

Apply water to newly planted trees, palms, ornamental plants and sod.

Fertilize plants, trees, palms and turf as instructed.

Prepare areas for annual flowers and sod replacement.

Organize tools and equipment for daily use.

Secure all tools and equipment at the end of each work day.

Inspect equipment daily for productive and safe operation; report issues to supervisor and or mechanic.

Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to:

Conduct the day-to-day operations of the Grounds Maintenance department in a business-like, ethical and professional manner.

Strive to exceed customer service expectations of members, guests and associates.

Maintain good working relationship with club members, employees and all customers.

Possess the ability to follow supervisor’s instructions for safety habits.

Maintain working knowledge of Harbour Ridge property.

Dress appropriately for the position.

Establish a record of good work attendance and reliability.

Demonstrate flexibility in work habits and work schedule.

Use time effectively.

Comply with company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook or as demonstrated as common practice.

Seek to improve self in knowledge and skills.
