Maintain and repair all irrigation sprinkler heads, underground breaks and leaks at villages, club and POA areas to meet Harbour Ridge specifications and standards.

• Repair and maintain all aspects of the irrigation system in a safe and professional manner.
• Report all needed parts and supplies to the Director when inventory is low.
• Organize tools, shovels and supplies for daily work activity.
• Record the daily number of gallons of water used per irrigation cycle (in the absence of the Lead Irrigation Technician).
• Conduct maintenance checks to ensure the development of new sod, landscape plant material and trees. Assure that the watering takes place on a timely basis.
• Prepare sprinkler system when homeowners conduct construction or renovations to their homes. Locate heads and lines where applicable.
• Follow all verbal and written instructions for repair work on irrigation system.
• Maintain flexible schedule for “service calls” if irrigation issues arise after normal working hours.
• Process irrigation time clocks for shipping and repair.
• Repair large underground main breaks.
• Prepare weekly reports for work hours and areas completed.

• Conduct the day-to-day operations of the Grounds Maintenance department in a business‑like, ethical and professional manner.
• Strive to exceed customer service expectations of members, guests and associates.
• Maintain good working relationship with club members, employees and all customers.
• Possess the ability to follow supervisor’s instructions for safety habits.
• Maintain working knowledge of Harbour Ridge property.
• Dress appropriately for the position.
• Establish a record of good work attendance and reliability.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work habits and work schedule.
• Use time effectively.
• Comply with company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook or as demonstrated as common practice.
• Seek to improve self in knowledge and skills.
• 3 years minimum field experience.
