Activity Coordinator; Weekend

• Conducts daily psychosocial rehabilitation activity groups using Agency approved modules. All groups must be held on-time per the posted schedule.
• Plans daily/weekly activities schedules in accordance with overall approved plan for activity services. Updates activity schedule posted on the unit as changes occur.
• Completes daily group note documentation for each client before the end of each shift. Completes individual progress notes for contact with clients outside of group as appropriate or directed by clinical team.
• Maintains group inventories of equipment and supplies. Orders supplies as needed with approval from Inpatient Director.

Shift: Saturday and Sunday. 8:00am-5:00pm.
